Who runs the site

This site is run by Flavjan Bregu, trading as KoCreate. Full details are on the business details page.

No contract is made on this site

What the site says about services is general information, not an offer. Sending the contact form only starts a conversation. Work begins once a written scope and agreement are signed by both sides, and that agreement sets out everything about the project, including what gets built, who owns it and how it's paid for. Agreements are in English.

Content and names

The text, design, logo and wordmark on this site belong to KoCreate. You're welcome to link to the site and quote short parts with credit; anything more needs permission. Tool names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say which tools KoCreate works with, not to suggest they endorse it.

Links and liability

Links to other sites are there for convenience, and KoCreate isn't responsible for what those sites contain. The information here is kept accurate and up to date as far as possible, but it's general and can't replace advice about your own business. To the extent the law allows, KoCreate isn't liable for losses that come from relying on it.

Law

These terms are governed by Albanian law. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you.
